Saturday August 30, some of the best musical talent in NE Ohio will gather at the Rialto Theatre to pay tribute to one of the greatest rock bands of all time, Radiohead! This show will feature area singers performing Radiohead hits with a full backing band. Performances by: Chrissy Strong, Bethany Joy, Sunflurry, Adam Brown, Alex Beck, Jim Dotson, Landon Kearns, and Auggie Ruggiero. The house band is also packed with some of the area's best musicians: Tim Ellinger (drums), Bill Marzano (bass), Bert Solis (keyboard), and Timothy Koehler (lead guitar). Opening the show is singer L Kearns. Followed by Akron’s own Varsity Golf, a power-trio known for their great timing and deep rhythmic grooves.This event hopes to be a force for good in the Akron community, with proceeds from ticket sales and donations collected during the event supporting the local non-profit, Keep Akron Beautiful.
